    Contact us and one of our experts will assess your block, and organise a free site visit and quote.

  • Plan Sketch and Fixed-Price Quote

    A quote will be prepared from one of our existing designs or our architect can custom design a granny flat to suit your needs.

  • Signing of Contract

    For your peace of mind, we only use standard industry accepted fixed-price contracts.

  • Final Design Approval

    We'll carry out all necessary Council Development Approvals (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC).

  • Build

    Ensuring that your build will be of the highest quality, we only use licensed tradesmen and contractors.
